Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling your child or using any services offered by St. Paul's Kindergarten and Day Care Centre ("the School", "we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an enrolment application, attending the School, or using our website, you ("Parent", "Guardian", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
By enrolling a child at the School or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to act on behalf of the child, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice; continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Submission of an enrolment form does not guarantee admission. The School reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any application, discontinue enrolment, or remove a child from the School at its sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons of safety, capacity, behavioural concerns, or non-compliance with School policies.
All information provided during enrolment must be accurate and complete. The School accepts no liability for any consequence arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by parents or guardians.
School fees are payable in advance as per the schedule communicated at enrolment. Fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced, except at the sole discretion of the School's management. The School reserves the right to revise fees at any time with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of the child's place. The School accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from such suspension.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring that their child is in good health before attending the School each day. You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or special needs at the time of enrolment and promptly notify the School of any subsequent changes.
The School is not a medical facility and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, the School will take reasonable steps to seek appropriate assistance, but accepts no liability whatsoever for any medical outcome, injury, illness, or adverse event occurring on School premises or during School-organised activities.
Where a child requires the administration of medication, a signed parental consent form must be provided. The School accepts no liability for any adverse reaction or outcome resulting from the administration of medication in accordance with parental instructions.
The School will take reasonable care to supervise children during School hours. However, the School does not guarantee the absolute safety or security of any child and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by a child whilst on School premises or during School activities, except where such liability is imposed by applicable Ugandan law and cannot be excluded.
Children will only be released to authorised persons named by the parent or guardian at the time of enrolment. The School accepts no liability for any incident arising from the release of a child to a person who has presented themselves with fraudulent authorisation.
The School maintains a safe and respectful environment for all children and staff. The School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or contrary to the School's values. No refund of fees will be issued in such circumstances. The School accepts no liability for any consequences arising from disciplinary action taken in good faith.
The School may photograph or record children for educational records, school publications, and promotional materials. By enrolling your child, you grant the School a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such images for these purposes. If you do not consent, you must notify the School in writing at the time of enrolment. The School accepts no liability for incidental inclusion of a child's image in group photographs where consent has not been explicitly withheld.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
